    12. Mussels & Starfish & Clams
A year after Japan’s tsunami, one of the first pieces of debris washed ashore the Oregon coast in June 2012. As the debris includes materials able to stay afloat for years and even decades, a new ecological process called mega-rafting introduces foreign flotsam with new, unsuspecting native networks.

    11. The Two-Headed Porpoise
Near the murky waters of Hoek Van Holland, two frantic fishermen pulled up a mysterious porpoise off the coast of the Netherlands. The species of small-toothed whale was later confirmed as the first ever case of conjoined twin porpoises, marking the tenth known case of sea mammals consisting of whales and dolphins, also known as cetaceans.

    10. The Faceless Fish
In the depths of the Tasman sea, somewhere between Tasmania and Australia, the faceless fish was discovered. This forty-centimeter-long creature with an alien-like body since has scientists baffled. As the mouth is situated on the underside of the fish, one cannot detect any form of eyes when looking at the animal head-on. In addition, no mouth, nose, or gills can be seen on the faceless beast. Rather, it looks like a long, submarine-shaped animal rendering the two rear-ends of a fish.

    9. The Beluga hybrid
Another strange find in the wake of devastation was a strange and scary hybrid creature. In what resembles a cross between a fierce shark and bubbly-faced beluga whale, researchers deemed this creature one of the most unusual finds ever.

    8. The Oarfish Oracle
Along one of Philippine's pristine beaches washed up several ten-foot-long sea serpents. In several cases, people have had sightings of oarfish prior to an earthquake and tsunami— such as those occurring in Japan, Chile, Haiti, and the Philippines.

    7. The Shocked Sea Dragon
This one-eyed sea dragon remains a marine mystery— for when the petrified ocean animal washed up, it had a gaping mouth and protruding eye that cause speculators to assume the tsunami had shocked and terrified the unsuspecting creature. This baffling beast bore the similarity of a tiny dragon, and when turned over, only revealed the one, bulging eye. To this day scientists have not disclosed what this floating victim might be.

    6. The Unidentified Blob
Soon after the devastating tsunami struck Japan, a giant boulder of blubber washed ashore a beach in Indonesia. In the days following its arrival, the beast began to decompose as spectators congregated around the creature— many were horrified of the massive animal which bore no resemblance to anything ever seen before.

    5. The Strange Floating Object
According to a reporter telecasting live after the 2011 tsunami, a suspicious floating object began swimming at what he claims: “The speed of light.”

    4. A Freak in the Street
When an unknown sea creature was found in the middle of a street following a tsunami, researchers wondered why no other fish or sea life accompanied the remains. The entity was too different to be a whale or shark, yet the freakish fish bore a slight resemblance to both. According to witnesses, investigators took the creature captive and never released any further detail on its identity.

    3.The Mysterious Mutant Fish
Rumors spread that the aftermath of such destruction had created some mutant marine creatures as well. After a fisherman sourced a bulbous sea beast with no teeth and a bulging brain in comparison to its small body.

    2. The Dogfish
The creature appeared prehistoric with almost tusk-like appendages which protruded from its gaping mouth. Researchers seized the sea creature and no word has surfaced since.

    1. The unidentified flying creature
This flying-smoke creature portrayed characteristics never been seen, with its ability to rise up into the air like smoke before vanishing altogether. As water levels rose during the tsunami and victims rushed to grab their video recorders, the strange object appeared to be jumping from one rock to the other before making its ascent into the air.

    10. Football
On March 11, 2011, a giant earthquake occurred off the coast of Japan. It was the biggest earthquake ever recorded by Japanese officials, and the fourth largest ever recorded in the world. This earthquake triggered a tsunami that enveloped the country. When the so-called Great East Japan Earthquake struck, the ensuing tsunami it generated left large swaths of rubble in its wake.

    9. Motorcycle
In April 2012, Peter Mark, a British Columbia resident, saw that a shipping container had washed ashore. However, its contents shocked him; when he opened it up, he found a complete motorcycle locked inside.

    8. Blob of Yabuchi Jima
Many news outlets reported this next object as washing ashore due to the 2011 Japanese tsunami, but it is actually entirely unrelated; in fact, the so called ‘Blob of Yabuchijima’ was discovered in 2010. But that does not make this discovery any less sensational.

    7. Mussels, clams, and fish, oh my!
One of the unexpected consequences of the 2011 tsunami? Massive amounts of foreign fish washing ashore from across the ocean. From Alaska to Hawaii, close to 300 species of assorted sea-farers moved from Japan to the opposite coast, riding on debris from the 2011 tsunami and washing ashore with their lives intact.

    6. Oarfish
Most of the items on our list have washed up after a tsunami, but the entry often comes before one, and may even signal its arrival. All over the world, people have seen the following creature wash ashore, and every time that it does, the rumors again begin to flow. Oarfish are long, mysterious creatures that swim some 3,300 feet below sea-level.

    5. Village sign
The damage that the 2011 tsunami inflicted upon Japan was immense. In the Iwate prefecture, much of the Tanohata village was literally swallowed into the ocean. While most of this debris is still swimming out at sea, this next piece of debris washed up far away from its original home.

    4. Buoy
In 2019, hurricane Dorian ravaged through the Bahamas and all the way up through the Southeastern United States and the East coast of Canada, leaving great destruction in its wake. A category 5 hurricane, it was the most powerful hurricane ever recorded in the Atlantic. So when a huge navigation buoy washed up on a Florida shore after Dorian, it came as no surprise.

    3. 28,000 rubber ducks
While it was travelling from Honk Kong to the United States, a shipping crate was lost at sea. But since that happened in 1992, the 28,000 rubber ducks that were contained within that shipping crate have been roaming the oceans and washing ashore ever since.

    2. 70-foot dock
Here is another wild castaway from Japan’s 2011 tsunami. In June 2012, onlookers at an Oregon beach spotted an entire dock floating away from the shores of Agate Beach. After a storm jostled it around, it came to the shore. And it’s no wonder why people came from far and wide to give it a look. The dock, made from concrete, is 66 feet long, 19 feet wide, and 7 feet high – one of the biggest objects on our list to wash ashore.

    1. Fishing boat
There is one more striking piece of debris that washed up after the 2011 Japanese tsunami. On March 20, 2012, over a year after the tsunami, the Royal Canadian Air Force spotted a ship floating across Canadian waters. To their astonishment, this ship was a ghost ship, with no crew members on board.

  • 5 Things Found After Japanese Tsunami!

Japan is one of the most earthquake-vulnerable countries in the world. In 2011, an earthquake of a magnitude 9.0 hit the Pacific coast of Tohoku and the results were heartbreaking. One of the saddest things about tsunamis is the destruction that it leaves in its wake. There were over 15,000 deaths reported after the tragedy and more than 100,000buildings were collapsed. Property and life of biblical proportions were destroyed, and within this list, we are showing 5 Things Found After Japanese Tsunami! Ready? Well...Lets Begin.

    1. Mysterious Unknown Creature

After the 2011 Japanese tsunami, there was a mysterious animal-like creature that was washed ashore. The footage showing the whale-like creature was recorded and published by a survivor of the tragedy. People have been trying to identify what the animal or object is with very little success. Many of the people who were nearby did not want to risk their lives by moving closer and establishing what the object was. From a far, the object resembles a rock but on closer look it looks like the surface of a large whale....

    2. Japanese Dock

In 2013, a large dock that was apparently washed away during the Japanese tsunami and was recovered in Washington’s Olympic coast. The 185 ton dock took officials of the Undersea Company several days to remove the dock that was filled with foam packing peanuts. This is just one of the four docks that had been reported missing from Misawa fishing port in Japan. Locals of Newport, Ore also reported having seen another dock that resembles the one discovered in Washington.

    3. Survivor Hiromitsu Shinkawa

Hiromitsu Shinkawa is a lucky man today. Two days after the deadly tsunami hit Japan, the 60 year old was discovered at sea clinging to the broken roof of his own home. The hasty decision that saw him go back to the house to collect a few belongings was what he says he regrets. Within minutes of being at the house, he was out in the waters trying to survive and clinging to his own roof. He was rescued by the maritime officials who were carrying out rescue operations. A photograph of the old man shows him atop the remains of his roof and waving a flag to the would-be rescuers. Unfortunately, his wife, with whom he was at the house is still missing.

    4. Harley Davidson

A Harley Davidson was discovered on the Canadian coast one year after the Tsunami hit japan. The owner of the bike, Ikuo Yokoyama, was also found thanks to the license plate number on the bike which was still clear despite the rust and unforgiving ocean currents. Peter mark, a Canadian, discovered the bike in a container at the beach together with other items and went on to take photos of it. He then left them there. He later went back to take the bike but discovered that the container had been washed away. Ikuo was more than excited at the discovery and wanted to thank the man who found the bike, although he lost the bike together with other family members during the tragedy.

    5. Japanese Ghost Ship

After the Japanese earthquake, it was estimated that over 22 million tons of debris were washed away into the sea. Included in this statistic is an old fishing ship that has come to be known as the Japanese ghost ship. It was discovered some 120 miles off the Canadian coast and the owner indeed confirmed that it was from japan. What stounds many people is the fact that after all the chaos and a year later, the ship is still intact and remains afloat. It is of course beat up but it still remains intact despite all the happenings. A lot of people cannot explain how and why it did not sink at the least.

  • 28 STRANGE Sights on Google Earth

Every year we come across bizarre and strange sightings that have been picked up by the Google camera, and today we have a look at some of the stranger sights spotted by their satellites.

Then check out The Biggest Dangerous Sea Creatures:
    And The Biggest Horses:

    13 - Refreshes like nothing on earth…
This giant Coca-Cola sign is visible from the air and was captured by Google earth in Chile. Sometimes referred to as mapvertising, this giant logo was put in place to celebrate their 100th Anniversary. Whether this was the first time mapvertising was used, I’m not sure – but we know of several companies who use giant adverts to advertise their products. The unique fact about this one though, is the sign is made from 70,000 empty Coke bottles.

    12 - Free Hand…
It looks like an intriguing piece of artwork, but it’s actually an aerial shot taken by Google Earth cameras. This one is located in the middle of the desert in China. Of course, speculations ran high as to what it could possible be. Some suggested underground testing facilities, while others thought it could be military runways. The truth wasn’t quite as exciting, but not bad anyway… they are roads used for test drills.

    11 - Connect the dots…
These are oil fields with connecting roads located in Rio Negro in Argentina. This is a spectacular image which we can thank Google Earth for!

    10 - The dark knight rises…
Over in Okinawa in Japan they have a very special sight that can only be viewed from above. It’s the Batman symbol, and you’ll have to fly over the roof top of the Air Force’s 44th Fighter Squadron. It’s not new though, and has been around since the 80’s… it’s only come to light recently thanks to Google Earth.

    9 - Look closely…
You’ll have to stretch your imagination for this one. A guy in Sweden truly believes that this obscure image from Google Earth is the real-life Nessie.

    8 - Crawl back into your shell…
You’ve probably heard of the massive Japanese Spider Crab, they’re literally enormous but they’re nowhere near the size of this crab that was spotted on Google earth. It’s earned the nickname Crabzilla, and is roughly 50-feet wise. It was spotted in Kent Harbour in the UK. Legit or not, I’ll let you decide.

    7 - Stranger Things…
The second season of Stranger Things sees an underground complex network of roots emerge. When I see this image that was captured by Google Earth, I think of that – and it leaves me feeling a little unsettled.

    6 - All ears…
We head to Alberta in Canada and meet the Badlands Guardian. This geological marvel looks like a man with a headdress wearing an earphone. It’s obviously not that, but rather a road and an oil well that have been installed on the site. If you go and view this image on Google Earth, and you scroll further to the left, you’ll spot another face which looks like someone is yawning and waking up from a deep sleep.

    5 - Shrouded in mystery…
Could this possibly be the remains of a pyramid that has not been excavated yet? Google Earth captured this image somewhere across Egypt, and reports suggest that due to the current economic situation in Egypt, they’ve limited the number of sites being excavated and researched. Others who have spotted this image believe it to just be a natural part of the landscape. I’m leaning towards pyramid, how about you?

    4 - Blast from the past…
In more ways than one! This is the world’s best-preserved meteorite on earth and it’s located a few minutes from Interstate 40 and Route 66. It's’ said an asteroid hit earth at 26,000 miles per hour 50,000 years ago and those are the remains! The crater is roughly 1 mile across, 2.4 miles in circumference and 550ft deep. You’re welcome to go and visit the site yourself! Its open to tourists!

    3 - Hypnotising…
These fields captured by Google Earth are seriously hypnotising, and remind me of a patchwork quilt.

    2 - You decide…
Sand banks? Aliens? Wake of water? Deep sea creature? No one seems to have legitimate answers, so if you can shed some light on that bizarre image captured on Google Earth, please share it with us down below!

  • If You See a Tsunami, Never Do Certain Things!

A tsunami is a string of immense waves that appear after earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, underwater landslides, and even asteroid impacts. The largest mega-tsunami wave ever recorded was documented on July 9, 1958, in Lituya Bay, in Alaska. The height of the wave reached a stunning 1,720 ft.

This situation is no joke, and as soon as you find out that a tsunami is coming, you must act immediately to save your life. Here’s what you need to do right away.

    - The water may suddenly drain, showing the ocean floor, or, vice versa, a wall of water may appear on the horizon.
    - If animals unexpectedly group together, hide in different nooks, leave the area, or show extreme anxiety, these may be signs of an approaching natural disaster.
    - As soon as you hear a tsunami alert, don't wait for even a second - evacuate immediately!
    - Move as far away from the shore as you can, heading toward high hills, mountains, or a forest.
    - If possible, go at least 2 miles inland and 100 feet above sea level.
    - Keep in mind that roads often get wiped out by tsunamis; therefore, after everything’s done, you may have trouble finding your way back.
    - Stay away from power lines, walls, bridges, and whatnot. Even if these constructions look sturdy enough, they can collapse during the aftershock.
    - Evacuation routes in potentially dangerous areas are often marked by a special sign with a wave and an arrow on it.
    - Even when you think that everything's over, don't be too quick to relax. Tsunamis come in waves, and there may be dozens of them.
    - Try to find reliable information by listening to radio updates.
    - Don't forget about the risk of electrocution. The water can be electrically charged by damaged underground power lines.
    - Far from the shore, such waves usually travel at a breakneck speed of up to 500 miles per hour. But when a wave is getting closer to the coast, it slows down to 30 miles per hour and grows in height.
    - If a tsunami is drawing nearer while you're far from the shore, paddle toward the horizon, to the deep sea.
    - A tsunami’s waves can travel at a speed of 20 to 30 miles per hour and reach a height of 10 to 100 feet.
    - About 80% of all the tsunamis are born in the Pacific Ocean's Ring of Fire, which is a seismically active zone with 452 volcanoes and the world's largest number of earthquakes.

Don't miss the HOTTEST NEW TRAILERS:

The comet makes impact in spectacular fashion, destroying the Eastern Seaboard of the United States.

Mimi Leder (The Peacemaker) directed this science-fiction disaster drama about the possible extinction of human life after a comet is discovered headed toward Earth with the collision only one year away. Ambitious MSNBC reporter Jenny Lerner (Tea Leoni) stumbles onto the story, prompting a White House press conference. United States President Beck (Morgan Freeman) announces the government's solution: a team of astronauts will travel to the comet and destroy it. The team leader aboard the spaceship Messiah is Spurgeon Tanner (Robert Duvall), who was once the last man to walk on the moon. However, the mission fails, splitting off a chunk of the comet, now due to land in the Atlantic with the impact sending a 350-foot tidal wave flooding 650 miles inland, destroying New York and other cities. The larger part of the comet, hitting in Canada, will trigger an E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event), not unlike a nuclear winter as dust clouds block out the sun and bring life to an end. President Beck reveals Plan B: a cavernous underground retreat constructed to hold one million Americans, with most to be selected through a national lottery. Since teenage amateur astronomer Leo Biederman (Elijah Wood) discovered the comet, his family gets a pass to enter the cave, but his girlfriend Sarah (Leelee Sobieski) and her parents will be left behind. Meanwhile, still in space, Spurgeon Tanner devises a plan for a kamikaze-styled operation that could possibly save the Earth. Special visual effects by Scott Farrar and Industrial Light & Magic.

  • If an Asteroid Falls in the Ocean, Will It Cause a Tsunami?

What’s the worst thing you could ever imagine happening? A massive wildfire? Maybe a huge flood? How about a gigantic asteroid hitting the Earth’s Ocean? Do you ever wonder what would happen to the Earth if it got hit by an asteroid in the middle of the Ocean?

Asteroids hit the Earth and the Ocean all the time, but the amount of damage they cause is so insignificant, it usually goes unnoticed. This is because they’re tiny in scale, and they get slowed down by the earth’s atmosphere. However, the bigger they get, the larger their threat. Every 2,000 years, a huge space rock about as big as a football field hits the Earth, and it can cause an enormous amount of damage...

    - Asteroids hit the Earth and the Ocean all the time, but the amount of damage they cause is so insignificant, it usually goes unnoticed.
    - Asteroids have rocky bodies, and most of the time, they’re small in size. They’re usually inactive, and just hang around, orbiting the Sun.
    - Hundreds of tons of dust and small particles hit the Earth every day. Since they’re so tiny, we don’t really notice them.
    - Approximately once a year, a car-sized asteroid hits the Earth’s atmosphere. It turns into a huge fireball and burns up completely before it touches the planet’s surface.
    - Any asteroid that’s about .5 mile would take a serious toll to the area of impact.
    - Every a few million years, a ginormous asteroid comes along, and it becomes a threat to the Earth’s civilization.
    - Around 66 million years ago, an asteroid that was approximately 9.3 miles in diameter hit the Earth. It left the impact crater that we all know today as the Chicxulub impactor.
    - The collision caused a ginormous tsunami, with waves as tall as 330 feet.
    - A cloud of blazing ash, dust and steam spread from the crater as the asteroid was tunneling underground. Particles and debris from the impact exited the Earth’s atmosphere.
    - During this catastrophe, a lot of carbonate rocks were destroyed, which produced a huge amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, and created a greenhouse effect.
    - But what would happen if a smaller asteroid hit the Ocean instead of the Earth? Will it cause a tsunami? Well, the short answer is, no.
    - The waves will be local in the area of impact, but a strong Tsunami won’t be formed. The physics of a tsunami are a bit different.
    - It’ll cause some damage. To be more specific, the splashes that will form will travel tens of miles away.
    - It’s undeniable that strong winds and powerful shockwaves will cause damage to the surface of the planet. So, the further away the impact is from populated areas, the better.
    - What would really happen is that a huge wave would form at the area of impact in the Ocean, but it would break immediately, resulting in very little energy travelling further.

32 Curious Facts About Earth You Didn't Learn in School
There’s no disputing it, in school you certainly do learn a lot about Earth, but there’s only so much they can teach you. Today we’re going to have a look at some seriously interesting facts about Earth that you certainly didn’t pick up at school!

    25 - Double Trouble…
Did you know that Earth used to have 2 moons? There used to be a tiny moon, only around 750-miles wide. It’s believed this second Moon may have orbited Earth and then slammed into the Moon we are familiar with. The crash may be the reason that the 2 sides of the surviving one are so different from each other.

    24 - Follow the yellow brick road…
It’s been confirmed that there is so much gold on Earth that it could cover Earth in 1.5 feet of the shiny, expensive metal!

    23 - Going Down…
Isn’t it interesting that we’ve been to the moon and Mars, but we’ve only scratched the surface of our own deep oceans? Our oceans contain 95% of our water, and even more than that in terms of living space, and we have yet to explore more than 10% of their depths. Over 200 000 marine species have been named, yet it is believed up to 30 000 000 remain undiscovered. It seems it is harder to travel through water than space.

    22 - Large and in charge…
The largest living thing on earth is not what you’d think. A blue whale springs to mind, or perhaps a massive red-wood tree. There is something much bigger, and it is a fungus.
In Michigan in 1992, what’s now known as the Armillaria mushroom was discovered. It covered over 30 acres then but has grown to an estimated 1 800 acres at the time of this video. Adding to the size of this living organism are roots that penetrate much farther down than any other mushroom species.

    21 - An alien landscape…
One of the strangest looking landscapes on earth, would be Ethiopia’s Danakil Depression. Believed to be the hottest place in the world, it is also one of the most inhospitable with deadly gases, lava lakes, colorful acid craters and hot springs, peppered over a vast crackling saltpan. Even in an environment as extreme as this, life exists. The colorful hydrothermal vents have been found to contain ecosystems on a microbial level, which astrobiologists and physicists are studying for clues in the possibility of life beyond earth.

While star Anna Faris returns for the third film in the Scary Movie series, the power behind the camera has shifted from the Wayans brothers to one of the Zucker brothers. The Zucker in question is David Zucker, and he's brought along his partner in movie-parody crime, Leslie Nielsen. This time around, aim is taken at such horror blockbusters as Signs and The Ring, while films of other genres, including Independence Day, 8 Mile, and The Matrix, are also lampooned. The plot finds Cindy (Faris) trying to help the president (Nielsen) thwart an alien attack while also facing crop circles and a mysterious video tape. In the spirit of the two Matrix sequels, Scary Movie 3 was shot back-to-back with Scary Movie 4. Queen Latifah, Charlie Sheen, and Eddie Griffin also star.

    3. One Carrot Ring
Mary Grams lost her wedding ring while weeding her garden patch about 14 years ago. Then, last year, at the age of 84, she would be reunited with her precious piece of jewelry via a carrot. The ring seemed to have just made its way into the soil. Years later, a carrot’s root would grow through it. She kept the fact that she lost her wedding ring a secret from everyone but her son for that amount of time until she found it again.

    2. A Hardy Meal
One of the best comfort foods out there has to be mac and cheese. They even have vegan and non-dairy versions out there now so that vegans and the lactose intolerant can also enjoy the comforts of this dish. You know what’s not comfortable? Biting down on a nail. Tesco sells mac and cheese ready meals, one that Rebecca Shorten bought in 2008. After bringing it home and eating it, she found she accidentally swallowed a piece of metal while eating. She looked further and found two other nails in her mac and cheese. As for the nail she consumed, she just had to wait for it to pass through her system.

Everyday we see buildings, cars, and jewelry so often that they’ve become rather mundane. However, we aren’t used to seeing this things dredged up from the water. Some things which may be commonplace on land, are exceptional when found underwater. Even your local river can exist underwater, as strange as it sounds. These submarine channels, as they’re called, might hold secrets about ancient climates in addition to important natural resources like gas and oil. In addition to our terrestrial items, could something extraterrestrial be lurking in the Baltic Sea? This anomaly has baffled scientists, and may even be interfering with their equipment. Plus, it bears a striking resemblance to a famous, or should we say infamous, Star Wars ship. And speaking of space, that’s where you’ll have to go to get a glimpse of the Zhemchug Canyon, which puts the Grand Canyon to shame.

Even some great cities and famous structures have ended up underwater. The Mahabalipuram Pagodas of India were said to be so beautiful that they angered a god, and Thonis-Heracleion was so opulent it was known as the Kingdom of Cleopatra. The Loki Palace may hold the key to a missing evolutionary link, and that’s not the only mystery we may have solved by exploring underwater. A brinicle is a rare natural occurrence in deep seawater, but efforts to capture one on film had been fruitless, until now.

    6. The Hatchetfish
The hatchetfish is a small deep-sea fish that lives in the warmer waters of the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian oceans at depths greater than 4,000 feet or 1,219 meters. Its name derives from the shape of its body, whose silver colored thorax resembles a hatchet. Parts of the body are also transparent which allows it to confuse its prey through the use of bioluminescent photophores. Their extremely big eyes let them detect the faintest light and focus on objects both near and far. They can grow up to 5 inches or 12.7 centimeters in length.

    5. The Anglerfish
The Anglerfish is one of the most unique fish you will ever see. It lives in the deep sea. One of its distinct features is that luminescent protrusion (or fishing rod) hanging from its head that it uses as a lure in its dark environment. Females also use this to lure males during mating season. These carnivorous fish have large heads with an enormous jaw filled with razor-sharp, fang-like teeth. The teeth angle inward, ensuring that no prey escapes their mouth. It can distend its jaw and stomach, allowing it to swallow prey up to twice its size. They grow to be over 3 feet or 0.9 meters long and also weigh up to 100 pounds or 45 kilograms.

    4. The Broad Nosed Chimaera
Populations of the Broad Nose Chimaera exist throughout the Atlantic at depths over 4,000 feet or 1,219 meters. Experts named the broad nose chimaera for its long, narrow, pointed snout. Its body appears as white or light brown with narrow pectoral fins. It can grow to be 4 feet long. A better name for it might be the enigma fish because very little is known about its behavior, feeding habits, population, and breeding. It occasionally shows up in deep water fishing nets. Some believe this is how people first discovered this fish.

    3. Blue Ringed Octopus
This creature’s grace and colorfulness might seem alluring, but you should stay far away if you ever encounter one. The blue-ringed octopus is one of the most venomous animals in the world. Even though they’re docile animals, their venom is fatal to humans as it contains “tetrodotoxin,” a potent neurotoxin. These octopi dwell in coral reefs and tide pools in the Indian and Pacific Oceans. Divers need to be careful because it’s challenging to avoid blue-ringed octopuses because they like to hide in the crevices of rock and coral. At least this octopus doesn’t eat people as its diet consists mostly of shrimp and smaller crabs, so you don’t ever have to worry about it coming after you.

    2. Giant Spider Crab
The giant spider crab, also known as the Japanese spider crab or tall-footed crab, is a species native to the waters of Japan. Its legs are the longest leg span of any crab, measuring 12 feet or 3.6 meters from claw to claw. The body may grow to a size of 16 inches or 40 centimeters across. The giant spider crab lives at depths of up to 2,000 feet or 609 meters, often near vent holes. Despite its fearsome appearance, the crabs act quite docile and use camouflage and their armored exoskeletons to help protect them from larger predators like the octopus. They will even add sponges and other animals to its shell to further blend in with its surroundings.

  • సునామీలో కొట్టుకొచ్చిన వింత సముద్రపు జీవులు | Unbelievable Things found after Tsunami

You won't believe the strange, weird, bizarre and scary things found after a tsunami hits ! From sea monsters; to deep sea buildings.

    1. Saber Tooth Sardine
This is one of the weirdest objects washed up on the shore and it looks like a combination of a dog with enormous teeth and a body of a fish. It was taken by the researchers and no word has been heard ever since. The photos were proved authentic when scientists tried to cover up the matter leaving us in awe because the object looked prehistoric in nature.

    2. Mutant Fish
It looks like the nuclear bomb dropped in Japan had created some mutants among aquatic creatures as well. A man caught a fish which had no teeth and had a big brain with a small body. It looked to be very creepy and it showed us that there are many things in the ocean we do not know about.

    3. Beluga Hybrid
This is one of the strangest and scariest sea creatures you will ever see. Many thought that the photo was fake which later identified to be authentic. It is considered to be a cross breed of a Beluga whale and a shark, ever then it had some unique physical features.

    4. Shark on Street
A sea creature was found in the middle of a city which got affected by Tsunami. It is weird to find it thus far in a city with no other fishes around it and it looked too different to be a whale or shark. The researchers took possession of this strange creature and did not release any details about it.

  • The Biggest Phenomena Science Cant Explain

    Subscribe to TheHub

Science helps us to better understand the world around us, and it seems like every day we are learning the answer to one of life’s mysteries. But there are still plenty of strange things happening out there that we just don’t have the answers for. We know it’s only a matter of time before science figures them out, but they might take a while and it’s fun to speculate in the meantime. You may not give much thought to how cows eat, but it turns out that they only chow down facing specific directions, no matter where they are located. Meanwhile, in the ocean blue whales are singing in an increasingly deeper tone and we aren’t sure why. We know that many animals migrate, but trees have been undertaking an unexplained migration as well lately. And we also have a few incredible phenomenon that take place out of this world. Did you know that the sun’s atmosphere, the corona, is hotter than the sun itself? And that’s saying something! Also, while we always thought that black holes exist only to destroy, they may have a hand in creating new stars. Oh, and they burp. That’s a real thing, apparently! Whether you’re left-handed or not, you know that the majority of people are right-handed. If you aren’t sure why, don’t worry, we don’t know either. But there are some interesting theories regarding how our brains evolved over the years. If you enjoy stopping to smell the roses sometimes, you might be interested to know that 250 million years ago, flowering plants went from barely existent to making up 90% of all plant life.
