    2021's first Solar Eclipse
The new moon will sweep in front of the sun to create this year’s first solar eclipse on Thursday, June 10. On that day, the moon in its elliptical orbit of Earth will lie too far from us to cover over the sun completely. So a bright annulus – or ring – will surround the new moon silhouette at mid-eclipse. It’s the outer rim of the sun, not quite hidden from view. People have taken to calling these “ring of fire” eclipses. Essentially, they are partial eclipses, albeit very dramatic ones

  • A Ring of Fire Eclipse is Coming In June 2021 | Annular Solar Eclipse June 2021

    2:56

An annular solar eclipse is going to take place on June 10, 2021. Also known as the Ring of Fire eclipse, an annular solar eclipse occurs when the Sun, the Earth, and the Moon align, but the Moon does not cover the entire solar disk. This creates an annulus around the Moon - called the ring of fire.

The timings of the June 2021 solar eclipse are 08:13 to 13: 11 UTC. The annular solar eclipse of June 2021 will be visible from Greenland, Canada, and Russia. A partial eclipse can be seen from the US, UK, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, China, Mongolia, and Bermuda.

Watching this solar eclipse would be an excellent experience for everyone. But it would be best if you were cautious as negligence can cause damage to your eyes. Do not look at the Sun with naked eyes. A long exposure can burn your eyes permanently. X-Ray sheets and sunglasses must also be avoided as they don't cut off enough light. You wouldn't know if you are hurting your eyes as the damage can take 6-8 hours to show up. The safest way to watch the eclipse is through eclipse glasses or a solar filter.

The next solar eclipse will take place on December 4.

  • Solar Eclipse june 2021 LIVE video

    1:01

    Subscribe:

The ring of fire solar eclipse is coming up Thursday (June 10) and here's when you can watch the solar eclipse.

The solar eclipse will be visible will be partially visible from the United States, northern Canada, Europe, northern Asia, Russia and Greenland. You can also watch solar eclipse live online with several live solar eclipse webcasts, and if you live in any of the areas where the solar eclipse is visible and it's safe to travel, you can look at it outside — just make sure to wear protection.
Solar eclipses happen when moon passes in front of our sun, from the view of our planet. Total solar eclipses happen when our moon covers the entire sun. A ring of fire or annular eclipse happens when the moon is near its farthest point from Earth during an eclipse
The first locations where you can see the partial phase of solar eclipse — where the moon takes a bite out of the sun — will happen at 4:13 a.m. EDT (0813 GMT); local time will vary depending on where you are situated. You can see a partial eclipse if you are living north and east of a line running roughly from Edmonton, Alberta, to Des Moines, Iowa, down through Savannah, Georgia.
The annular solar eclipse will start being visible in those northerly regions fortunate enough to see it at 5:48 a.m. EDT (0948 GMT), according to Time and Date. The maximum eclipse will happen at 6:42 a.m. EDT (1042 GMT) in the north polar region, where the annular phase will last roughly 3 minutes and 51 seconds.
Annularity will be best visible in Canada, as the path begins on the north shoreline of Lake Superior and is highly visible in the Canadian Shield of northwest Ontario and the Canadian Arctic tundra. Unfortunately, those living in the United States won't be able to see the ring of fire in person because the border to Canada has been closed to non-essential travel due to the pandemic.

  • June 10th Solar Eclipse 2021 - The Ring of Fire Portal Has Opened!!

    17:51

on the morning of june 10. two weeks after may's supermoon and total lunar eclipse. an annular solar eclipse will take place. those able to witness the eclipse are in for a spectacle: during annular solar eclipses. the moon blocks the sun's center. leaving the sun's bright edges to form a ring of fire around the moon. since the blood moon eclipse on may 26. we have been walking a portal between the old and the new. between one state of consciousness and the next. this portal finally comes to an end on june 10. with the arrival of the new moon solar eclipse. this new moon solar eclipse represents a new beginning. whatever path has been cleared for us by the blood moon. we can now begin to see where we are heading. no matter where we currently stand. this solar new moon eclipse will ensure that we are headed in the right direction. it signals a time to embrace the new.

4:15 How to safely watch solar eclipse
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In today's video we are gonna see in details about Solar eclipse which is on June 10th.
Thursday morning, June 10, makes the new moon, which will eclipse the sun at 6:53 a.m. ET.
On June 10th, the moon comes into Earth’s elliptical orbit, resulting in what is known as the Solar Eclipse. But as the moon will be too far from the Earth to completely cover over the sun, something rare will happen. Before going into details about ring of fire solar Eclipse, I would like to briefly focus on
What is mean by the Solar Eclipse?
A solar eclipse happens when the Moon crosses between the Sun and the Earth. The Moon partially or completely blocks the Sun’s light to the viewers on part of the Earth’s surface, casting a shadow.
A total solar eclipse occurs when the Moon, the Sun, and the Earth all line up such that the moon completely blocks out the sun to viewers on part of Earth’s surface.
If the moon is not completely aligned with the orbit, observers on Earth face the partial solar eclipse. But, if the moon is the farthest from the Earth, known as the apogee, observers on Earth could see the Ring of Fire eclipse.
This celestial event is known as a very dramatic Ring Of Fire – Annual Solar Eclipse. A stunning annulus – ring appears around the Moon. Since this is not a total eclipse, the edges of the Sun can still be visible around the Moon as a glowing halo.

Where to watch Ring of Fire 2021?
The June 10 ring of fire or the annular solar eclipse will be visible from parts of Greenland, North-Eastern Canada, the North Pole and some parts of Russia. Meanwhile, Europe, North America, Asia, Arctic and Atlantic regions will witness a partial solar eclipse.
Where and when to see the ‘sunrise solar eclipse’ on June 10, 2021 from every U.S. state in the path
The eclipse begins before sunrise for every location in the U.S. The further northeast you go in the U.S. the more of a partially eclipsed sunrise you’ll see. Unfortunately, for those living in the southern and western United States the eclipse will end before sunrise and so they will miss out on seeing the solar show.
Where to see Eclipse in Canada?
According to reports, the eclipse will begin in Canada, northern Ontario and on the north side of Lake Superior at Sunrise. It will be visible at sunrise in Canada and at sunset in Siberia. The ring of fire will be visible in Canada for about three minutes.
The full eclipse lasts about just 1 hour and 40 minutes, and the annular Ring Of Fire stage of the eclipse lasts a maximum of 3 minutes and 51 seconds.

HOW TO OBSERVE SOLAR ECLIPSE SAFELY
Always, use solar filters when observing the Sun. No matter it is a normal day, partial, annular, or total solar eclipse. The solar filters must not have any scratches, punctures, torn, or otherwise damage. If you find those, discard them and buy a new one. No exception.
If observing the eclipse with your children, always supervise them while using solar filters. A wrong moment could damage the eyes permanently.
I know guys we all are so excited to witness this historical event of rare ring of fire solar eclipse on Thursday, June 10, 2021, I wish you good luck and hope for clear skies on that day and Remember, no matter what, never look directly at the sun during eclipse.
All the very best and take care.

    Solar eclipse 2021: Rare event

The annular solar eclipse is a rare and mesmerising sight and you shouldn’t miss this astronomical event. According to NASA, annular solar eclipses appear every 18 months somewhere on Earth and they are visible only a few minutes, unlike lunar eclipses.
A total solar eclipse happens when the Moon passes between Earth and the sun and blocks the light of the Sun. But, when the Moon is too far from earth, it looks smaller and does not block the entire view of the Sun. This creates what looks like a ring around the Moon.

It is worth noting that only partial solar eclipses can be observed from the North and South Poles, as per NASA.

NASA says hundreds of years ago when people observed the Moon during an eclipse, they saw Earth’s shadow on the Moon and discovered that the Earth is round. “Even after all these years, scientists are still learning about the Moon from lunar eclipses, NASA said.

  • An ‘Eclipse Season’ Is Here And 2021’s Two Biggest Astronomical Events

    2:34

It will all start with a full Moon on May 26, 2021. But this full “Flower Moon” will be remarkable for two reasons:Just like clockwork, this “Super Flower Blood Moon Eclipse” marks a point in the orbit of the Earth by the Moon that sets-off a chain of events that then causes a solar eclipse half-an-orbit later, when the New Moon is between the Earth and the Sun. On June 10, 2021 the “supermoon” will have become a “micro moon”—not a term that’s in popular use, but it does help explain what’s going on. Whereas the “supermoon” was close to Earth, this New Moon will be the farthest from Earth. The result is an annular solar eclipse that will be visible as a “ring of fire” around the Moon from parts of Canada, Greenland and Russia, and a huge partial solar eclipse at (or soon after) sunrise from northeast U. S. states. Europe will also see its biggest partial solar eclipse since 2015 as up to 32% of the Sun gets covered by the Moon. Note: never look at the partial phases of any solar eclipse without proper eye protection—and that means solar eclipse glasses. Lunar eclipses are completely safe at all times. But why do two eclipses follow each other? And what causes eclipses—and an “eclipse season?”Eclipses are always twins (and sometimes triplets). Eclipse seasons are a period of between 31 and 37 days that occurs ever 173 days, so around twice per year. The one coming-up is 2021’s first of two. An eclipse season occurs when Moon is perfectly lined-up to intersect the ecliptic—the apparent path of the Sun through our daytime sky and the plane of Earth’s orbit of the Sun. The Moon’s orbit of Earth is tilted by 5º to the ecliptic, but it must cross the ecliptic twice each month. Those two positions are called nodes. Usually it reaches these nodes when the the Sun and Moon seem far apart from our point of view on Earth. This is why an eclipse does not occur each and every New Moon (because the Moon is above or below the Sun) and full Moon (because the Moon is above or below Earth’s shadow). It’s only when the Moon is precisely at those nodes during New Moon or full Moon that an eclipse can result. However, when the Moon does reach one of those nodes, it’s going to hit the other eclipse node two weeks later, and sometimes for a third time two weeks after that, too.2021’s second eclipse season begins on November 19, 2021 when a partial lunar eclipse—a “Frosty Half-Blood Moon Eclipse”—will see 97% of the Moon enter Earth’s dark umbral shadow and turn reddish. It will be visible from North and South America, Australia and Asia. It will be followed by the celestial icing on the cake—a dramatic total solar eclipse in Antarctica that will be visible (clear skies allowing) low in the sky above the floating icebergs of the Wedell Sea. Disclaimed: I am the editor of WhenIsTheNextEclipse.comWishing you clear skies and wide eyes.
