Three young misfits venture into the Australian outback to find what they believe is a meteorite that has crash landed near their country town, only to discover it's something far more mysterious.

    More About Down To Earth:
Alex is a typical shy teenager crushing hard on his space obsessed next-door neighbour, Stacey. Despite the elaborate efforts to attract her attention, often with the misguided help of his doofus of a best friend, Eddie, Stacey barely notices him. This all changes when a meteorite crash lands on the outskirts of their small Australian country town. Seeing it an opportunity to get closer to Stacey, Alex proposes the three of them try and find it. Armed with a map, some walkie talkies and, in Eddie’s case, ample snacks, the three venture off into the outback. As the sun sets and with Eddie slowing them down, their chances of finding the meteorite quickly fades, until they stumble across a smoking barn and inside discover something out of this world!

    More About Vimana:
Set in the near future, three Indian astronauts are on a one-way trip to a distant planet, Gliese 581g. Unfortunately, the ship's captain, Rishi, passes away after an adverse reaction to the hyper-sleep. Now it's up to the two remaining astronauts, Pankaj and Naaz, to come together and land the vessel in his memory.

To complicate things, India's mission control requires them to jettison the corpse in order to avoid bringing biological contaminates to the new planet. But Naaz, who has fallen in love with Rishi, refuses to let this happen. While Pankaj finds her actions weak and in direct compromise of the mission, Naaz must prove that strength comes from a place that is elevated far above scientific protocol—and is what makes us human in this great expanse called the cosmos.

In a not so distant future- a coalition of the old earth’s nations have sought and claimed the discovery of a new planet “Gaia” as the human race’s last hope for survival. However, when the human settlements rolled in, what awaited them was neither discovery nor pioneering but colonization and war against the planet’s original inhabitants. With an increasingly militaristic government that demands the settlers’ sacrifice for the good of all, one family is torn apart when the eldest daughter, Ara, questions who the real bad guys are. At a time where mass think seems to be the safest option, Ripple Effect asks us if we’re brave enough to go against the grain, and at what cost?

April admits that although it was a yellow match, the date was horrible and she thinks her “chip” may be be defective. They hold their arms next to each other, a small white light illuminating on the underside of their wrists, to compare implants. These chips use a color coding system to match happiness compatibility to other people in your vicinity, have been revered by technological giants, and sponsored by the Catholic Church. A green match, the most rare color indicating you’ve found “the one”, has only ever happened once anywhere in the world. That couple is getting married by the Pope in the Vatican and Elon Musk is sending them on a trip to the moon. In the middle of tending to the cafe’s plants, a couple walks in the door and Claire’s chip turns green. Freaking out, Claire prepares to meet “the one” and jumpstart a greater life than she ever could have imagined. From behind the counter, Claire admires the tall, handsome man that walked in the door and calms her nerves to turn to him with a smile. However, when she hands him his latte, his wrist is not green. Confused, she watches him walk away. She slides the second drink over to his girlfriend...and sees that this woman is her green match. Stunned, they take each other in, communicating shock, wonder, and admiration with just a look. However, Claire notices the cross hanging from the woman’s neck. The woman touches it, gives Claire a pained look, and leaves the coffee shop with her boyfriend. Claire stands by the window, watches them walk away, and the green light in her wrist goes dark.

Two pilots fight a war in the distant future in their fighter-bomber spacecraft. But is the true enemy their alien opponent...or each other?

    Sky Fighter by Lukas Kendall

    More About Sky Fighter:
In the 26th century: humankind fights a war in space against an unstoppable alien adversary. A pilot, John, awakens on the deck of his two-man fighter-bomber spaceship—with no memory how he got there. His copilot, Mo, tells him he was hacked (via his cybernetics) by the aliens, and she tried to save him...yet evidence on the ship points to HER being the one possessed by the enemy. Should he trust her...or the little memory he regains?

    Director's Statement:
This is a take on space warfare I've always loved (Star Wars, Robotech, Battlestar Galactica) with a Twilight Zone/Black Mirror/Memento twist. (Robotech fans: you'll recognize the voice on the radio.) Hopefully there's something to make you feel, make you think—and give you some candy for your eyes and ears. It's bread-and-butter suspense storytelling, grounding the fantastic in relatable human behavior. There is a moral to the story...but I can't give it away without ruining the ending. —Lukas Kendall
