Hi guys, Welcome to the latest SpaceX starship updates video from Great SpaceX.
Hope that you all have a wonderful day!
And now it's time for the latest news about SpaceX.
We have the following main news today:
    1. Starship SN15 Test Flight Canceled on Monday, wait for test flight date.
    2. The next Starship SN16 got Fully Stacked in the Mid Bay.
    3. SpaceX Crew Dragon Safely Returns Crew-1 Astronauts With A Splashdown In The Gulf Of Mexico.
    ---------
NASA had not launched astronauts from American soil since the Space Shuttle was retired in 2011. Nearly a decade later SpaceX launched astronauts from the United States -igniting a new era in human spaceflight. In 2020 the aerospace company conducted the first operational mission, known as Crew-1, under the agency’s Commercial Crew Program that aims to make launching astronauts to space from American soil routine. The Crew-1 mission was a success thanks to SpaceX. Crew-1 NASA Astronauts Michael Hopkins, Victor Glover, Shannon Walker, and Soichi Noguchi of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) launched to the International Space Station (ISS) atop SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket aboard the Crew Dragon Resilience spacecraft in November 15, 2020 from historic Launch Complex-39A at the John F. Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. After a six-month-long stay at the Space Station, Crew-1 astronauts completed their mission with a safe return aboard Resilience this weekend.

FAA approved SpaceX to conduct flight tests with SN15, SN16 and SN17 in a decision. This has never happened before, to explain for this FAA said in a statement that it's approving these in a batch because “SpaceX is making few changes to the launch vehicle and relied on the FAA's approved methodology to calculate the risk to the public.

    =====
Hi guys, Welcome to the latest SpaceX starship updates video from Great SpaceX.
Hope that you all have a wonderful day!
And now it's time for the latest news about SpaceX.
We have the following main news today:
    1. Following Starship SN15’s success, SpaceX evaluating next steps toward orbital goals.
    2. SpaceX Will Launch Geometric Energy Corporation's DOGE-1 Mission To The Moon, Paid Entirely With Dogecoin!.
    3. Chinese rocket disintegrates over Indian Ocean.
    ----
Testing numerous modifications to the vehicle, Starship SN15 validated the improvements by conducting a smooth launch site campaign without the need to swap out a Raptor engine following its static fire tests.

Once SN15 was pressed into the countdown, marked by the visible sign of the CH4 (Liquid Methane) condenser being turned on, the count proceeded smoothly without any obvious mini-holds observed during previous launches.
    --
A major bonus of SN15’s safe landing was the recovery of the three Raptors it flew with. They will provide priceless post-flight data on performance in tandem with the information beamed back to launch control via live telemetry.
This improvement causes the SN15 to not explode. New update SN16, SN17.
However, it can’t be understated how valuable hands-on examination of the engines will be for the test program, along with the allowance for potentially reusing them on future flights.
Today, May 9th, Geometric Energy Corporation (GEC) announced that it paid SpaceX entirely with Dogecoin to launch payload atop a Falcon 9 rocket to the moon. The mission is called ‘DOGE-1’, it is the first spaceflight mission in history paid by the cryptocurrency. Geometric Energy Corporation's DOGE-1 Mission to the moon will launch a 40-kilogram CubeSat during a rideshare launch scheduled for the first quarter of the year 2022. The CubeSat features advanced hardware and software, including cameras and sensors that will obtain lunar-spatial intelligence.
This improvement causes the SN15 to not explode. New update SN16, SN17.

Starship SN15. All legs are damaged and SpaceX needs upgrading immediately. Before the second launch.
Hello everyone, Welcome to the latest SpaceX Starship updates video from SpaceX Fans.
Hope that you all Have a great day.
And now it’s time for the latest news about SpaceX.
    The following is general information.
    1. Starship SN15 landing legs were severely damaged after landing.
2.Starlink can serve 500,000 users easily, several million “more of a challenge”
    ----
But as of right now, there are no landing shocks. The crush cores are it. The legs are big wide pegs that are supposed to be able to handle the landing stress without deforming, transferring the force directly back into the skirt. I suspect they will need some kind of pneumatic or hydraulic shock absorber system, but as presently designed the only way all the legs can be re-used after landing is if the Starship lands absolutely vertical, with even stress on all legs, which won't crush any of the cores.
Starship SN15. All legs are damaged and SpaceX needs upgrading immediately. Before the second launch
Despite Musk's comment, SpaceX has been laying the groundwork to potentially serve up to 5 million subscribers in the US. SpaceX initially obtained a Federal Communications Commission license to deploy up to 1 million user terminals (i.e. satellite dishes) in the US and later asked the FCC to increase the authorized amount to 5 million terminals. The application is still pending.

    8:59

SN15 deformed landing legs, How soon could SN 16 launch

After landing, some of the SN15's legs were crushed, in particular, partially deformed because the grounding force is still stronger than the original shear resistance of the grounding element. Fortunately, the SN15 is still safe to land, which is something SpaceX has foreseen and improved to get the best results and apply it to subsequent launches.
Elon Musk responded to 1 post on Twitter's TESLARATI says: Might try to refly SN 15 soon.
Maybe we will see SN 15 fly again, it's not clear when but we will get an official release date for SN 15 soon.
Score one for SpaceX. Following protests from its competitors over a NASA Moon contract, Elon Musk's company responded in the best way it knows how – by launching and landing another rocket.

Hello everyone, Welcome to the latest SpaceX Starship updates video from SpaceX Fans.
Hope that you all Have a great day.
And now it’s time for the latest news about SpaceX.
    The following is general information.
Musk said This rocket is really designed to be, the intent is to be the most reliable rocket ever built.
    ----
Elon Musk: analyzes SpaceX's progress to Starship SN16-SN20
The landing legs, you'll notice, if you look carefully that there are no sort of outward scallops on the perimeter of the landing leg, which were used to clamp down the leg during ascent. We have now brought those features inside the leg itself. So you'll see sort of a cleaner outer contour. And it has an internal latch mechanism that can be opened and closed, repeatedly, with ease. So essentially deploying the landing gear and stowing the landing gear is now a very easy thing to do, whereas previously it required several hours to re-stow the landing gear. Can now be done with an actuator, very easily.
    -
This will also be carrying Fairing 2.0. And although we've flown Fairing 2 before, the thing that's cute about Fairing 2 is that it's designed for full recoverability. Ironically, we will not attempt full recoverability with, on this flight, but we are confident about doing that on future flights and confident that the fairing reuse will be effective, which is a big deal because each one of those fairings costs about $6 million to build and represents a significant percentage of the airframe of the rocket. And then I suspect you're going to ask me about a reusable upper stage.

Elon Musk notes that Superheavy BN3 and SN20 will fail when they reach orbit

Musk has also noted that there will be several failed attempts when sending a Starship to orbit, just as there was many before on actually stuck the landing.
Once a Starship is capable of reaching orbit, SpaceX is set to move focus to building and testing its Super Heavy booster that will be the largest rocket in history and the vehicle to take people to Mars.
The plan has always been to build the massive Super Heavy booster and has been slowly working on its design and prototypes.
The first prototype, BN1, was disassembled in April that was followed by BN2 and BN3.
According to dailymail, BN3 is likely to be the only booster to get off the ground, while the other two will be tasked with performing static fire tests.

  • SpaceX Starbase TX All Unique Footage Boca Chica Beach Texas Space X Star Base SN15 Launch Pad SN 15

    17:37

This is 4K footage from my visit to SpaceX Starbase, TX on 5/11/21. There is a variety of video clips and photos of different things. The special test cone, SN15, SN16, SN17, Orbital Tower work, Production area, etc. The video speed can be adjusted to play faster or slower depending on your preference. Some of the zoomed in shots have some wind shake. I'm trying out some different solutions to reduce it as much as possible, but Boca Chica is mostly very windy and that has a larger effect the more zoomed in I am.

All video is filmed by me and is not available anywhere else. I am a one man band running the whole show. Please like and subscribe if you enjoy my footage. Please leave comments with any suggestions or thoughts. My goal is to record and preserve historical archive footage and share it with the world via the internet. I'm constantly learning and trying to improve my filming and photography skills. My content should be improving over time. I plan to upgrade my camera equipment over time as my channel grows. Very important, exciting things are happening here! Stay tuned!

  • SpaceXs Starship SN16 Will Fly For 20km? SN15 Re-flight Soon

    5:53

After SpaceX's Starship SN15 landed successfully, there are a lot of question marks about the future test campaign for Starship. Starship SN16 is almost complete and can be rolled out to the launch pad with a week or two. At the same time, SpaceX is looking to re-fly Starship SN15.

If SN15 flies again, it will essentially prove that Starship is fully and rapidly reusable. So, will Starship SN15 fly again? And will Starship SN16 and SN17 go for higher altitudes? And when will Starship SN20 launch for orbit? Find out in this video.

Hi guys, welcome back to Great SpaceX new episode.
Hope that you all have a wonderful day.
We move straight to the news today.
SpaceX's first flight-proven Starship heads back to launch pad for round two.
Defying most expectations, SpaceX has moved the first full-size flight-proven Starship back to the launch pad less than a week after the prototype survived a high-altitude launch and landing.
    -
Speaking during a live stream for SpaceX's Starlink mission on Sunday, hesaid: Similar to previous high-altitude flight tests of Starship, Serial Number 15 (SN15) was powered through ascent by its three Raptor engines, with each shutting off in sequence prior to the vehicle reaching its apogee approximately 10km above sea level.

Early on Tuesday, May 11th, Starship prototype SN15 began to move for the second time since its May 5th launch and landing. Carried by a custom transporter designed to secure landed Starships without the need for a crane, SN15 was carefully rolled a few hundred feet from the landing zone to “Suborbital Mount B” – one of two identical launch mounts. Used by Starship SN15 throughout its test and launch campaign, Mount A is in the process of being refurbished.
Check and upgrade SN15 and prepare to launch again for the second time

SpaceX Starship : SpaceX installs second Starship derived propellant tank at orbital launch pad

SpaceX has been doing some construction activity on Boca Chica. As we know, the company is building ground storage tanks out of rocket parts. About two weeks ago, SpaceX rolled the first GSE propellant tank to a launch complex, 1.5 miles away from its Boca Chica rocket factory. Now SpaceX rolled a second large tank to the launch pad.

Explanation Of The Nosecone Mystery Structure, Starship SN15 Gets Frosty During Cryogenic Proof
Hi guys, Welcome to the latest SpaceX Starship updates video from Great
    SpaceX.
Hope that you all have a wonderful day!!!.
And now it’s time for the latest news about SpaceX.
In this video today we are going to discuss:
New information about the Nosecone mystery structure.
Starship SN15 gets frosty during cryogenic proof test.
SpaceX looks to launch the SN15 on April 20 according to official documents
    In the headline.

New information about the Nosecone mystery structure
Recently a mysterious nose called Nosecone of a Starship structure in Boca Chica was shared by the Nasaspaceflight website. It attracted a lot of curiosity from audiences all over the place.
This structure is black, conical, not pointed, like the normal steel nose structure of generations SN8 to SN15. This could be the new nose structure of Starship SN20. According to the commentators' speculation, its effects are:
It seems far fetched. But the forward header tank is cut in half . Could it be they want to test different baffle designs without needing a flight? So they designed it so the header tanks could be easily modified. (from InfluenceAcademic244)

  • SpaceX launch tower fully stacked, South Texas launch site, Boca Chica

    32

Currently, there are four jigs on the Sanchez side. It is believed that the jigs will be used to pre-assemble the six missing segments of the launch tower.
Each segment consists of four columns with three levels and a total height of approximately 18 - 20 meters or 59' - 65'.
The LR11350, a huge crane, would then lift the six segments.
six segments onto the launch tower for assembly within a few days.
It is not known if all launch tower segments will look the same.

Let's get the launch tower fully stacked. let's go!

SpaceX Startturm voll gestapelt, Süd Texas Startseite, Boca Chica

SN15 insulation tiles have been replaced, raptor SN59 has arrived for SN16

Hi, welcome to the 28th and 29th updates April 2021, the newsletter will have the following main new:
    1. SN 15 preparing for next flight test
    2. Blue Origin and Dynetics file protests to GAO
SpaceX latest and improved version of Starship, SN 15, has entered the static fire phase of its testing campaign with two recent firings of its Raptor engines in the last 24 hours.
Monday saw the much-awaited first test go off without a hitch, with Elon Musk stating on Twitter that the static fire was completed and the company is preparing for a flight later this week.
However, road closures for the following Tuesday did remain in place with another round of overpressure notices delivered to local residents, and SN 15 breathed to life once again in a somewhat shorter-duration test possibly involving less than all three Raptor engines.
