    It is sooooo nice to be single after having been happily married for almost 10 years!
    Now she moved ahead to the US, and I remained here in Norway to take care of
    some unfinished business. And I'm so glad that I did that!

    Here are the benefits:

    1) Focus vs. Diversification
    It is truly hard to retain focus and consistency on your desired habits when you
    DAILY have a woman to distract you with her thoughts and desires. A happy wife
    is a happy life - yeah - but creating that happy life for her while she is physically
    present is A LOT of unnecessary HARD WORK! None of things like: could you pick up
    some things at the shop? Joseph, we really need this! Joseph, could you come home,
    the kids are crying and/or I'm having a hard time. Now it's only your thoughts that eventually
    become FLOW, and you get just so much more done. You can improve your productivity 10x!

    2) Have you noticed how when guys get married, you never see them again? Yeah! When my wife is not here, I can actually do the small trips to visit my parents - I can stop by and visit my brothers or friends just to unwind from my intense business labors. I can actually take a lunch with some of my business buddies, and I don't even have to tell anyone that I'm doing it! Awesome!

    3) Income and net worth goes up. Expenses and debts go drastically down.

    Conclusion: Stay Single with semen retention and establish your business and passive income. Once you have a sustainable lifestyle, business and everything in place - then open your eyes to find your sweet honey somewhere.

    Ingredients:
    2 bunches of parsley
    3 grapefruits (peeled)*
    1 lemon (peeled)

    Instructions: Juice the ingredients in the following order: 1 bunch parsley, 3 grapefruits, 1 lemon.

    Cacao Brownie Recipe
    Full Video:

    Ingredients:
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 tbsp grass fed butter
    1 & 1/4 cup coconut sugar
    1/2 cup brown rice or gluten free flour
    3/4 cup + 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
    1 tsp sea salt
    Option: top with raw nuts of choice.

    Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in a blender or use an electric mixture.
    Pour into a brownie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Allow to cool and then serve.

    Socca Pizza Recipe
    Full Video:

    Ingredients:
    1 cup chickpea flour
    1 cup water
    ¼ cup avocado oil
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp salt and pepper
    ¼ tsp garlic

    Toppings:
    dairy free cheese
    Tomato sauce
    kalamata olives
    artichoke hearts
    red pepper flakes
    Anything you want!

    Instructions
    Combine flour, water and avocado oil.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350 or cook on skillet.
    Add toppings.
    Put back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Serve and enjoy!

    Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Recipe
    Full Video:

    Ingredients:
    1 cup coconut oil
    ¼ cup 100% maple syrup
    1 cup Superfood Cacao
    1 jar natural peanut butter

    Instructions:
    Melt the coconut oil, maple syrup and superfood cacao together on low heat. Don’t heat it up too much, just enough to combine and be able to pour.
    Pour a thin layer of the mixture into cupcake liners. This is the bottom layer of the peanut butter cup.
    Place the cupcake pan in the freezer for ten minutes to let the bottom layer harden.
    Spread peanut butter on top of the chocolate layer (no melting required).
    Top it off with another layer of the melted chocolate mixture.
    Put in the freezer until frozen.
    Enjoy!

This is how many of the best players learned to improvise whether they learned theory or not. Just like a baby learns to speak a language by being immersed in a culture, so too does an improviser learn to improvise by being immersed in a musical genre.
