  • What If You Traveled One Billion Years Into the Future?

    8:47

If you traveled 10,000 years into the future, what would planet Earth look like? Would most of its surface be covered in volcanoes? Or would it be frozen in ice? What if you traveled even further, to one million years in the future? Would all of the oceans have evaporated? Or would it have become one giant water world? Now, what about one billion years? Would there be any humans left? Or would they have settled in other parts of the galaxy?

Imagine if you could take in all of human history in the blink of an eye. Well, from the first steps on the moon to the first steps out of the slime, that's exactly what we are in cosmic terms. But in that short amount of time, we have done quite a bit. If you could travel through time, you could witness the rise and fall of the many species that existed long before we were here. What would you see if you traveled one billion years into the past? Did Earth ever look like a giant slushball? How far back would you have to go to see the first humans? And, are we already going extinct? Would you need to go through a wormhole or perhaps travel faster than the speed of light? Watch as history unfolds in front of your eyes.

    29:21

Support my work on Patreon: | Get the soundtrack: | How's it all gonna end? This experience takes us on a journey to the end of time, trillions of years into the future, to discover what the fate of our planet and our universe may ultimately be.

We start in 2019 and travel exponentially through time, witnessing the future of Earth, the death of the sun, the end of all stars, proton decay, zombie galaxies, possible future civilizations, exploding black holes, the effects of dark energy, alternate universes, the final fate of the cosmos - to name a few.

This is a picture of the future as painted by modern science - a picture that will surely evolve over time as we dig for more clues to how our story will unfold. Much of the science is very recent - and new puzzle pieces are still waiting to be found.

To me, this overhead view of time gives a profound perspective - that we are living inside the hot flash of the Big Bang, the perfect moment to soak in the sights and sounds of a universe in its glory days, before it all fades away. Although the end will eventually come, we have a practical infinity of time to play with if we play our cards right. The future may look bleak, but we have enormous potential as a species.

  • Thats Whatll Happen to the Earth In 1,000,000,000 Years

    10:44

What will happen to humankind in 1 billion years? People have always dreamed of sneaking a peek into the future. Let's have a look at the future!

Humankind has always dreamed of sneaking a peek into the future. Sci-fi writers of the past, with their rich imaginations, described technologies that we actually have nowadays! So, could it be that everything you see in futuristic movies today will come true in a few centuries? Most likely! But what if we wonder about a more distant future, say, 1 billion years from now?

    SUMMARY:
    - Earth will be struck by a gigantic asteroid 3,280 feet in diameter about 500,000 years from now. The crater from this asteroid will be no smaller than 250 miles across.
    - If anybody’s still living on Earth in 1,000,000 years, they’ll have to face a huge threat around this time. A supervolcano will go off, covering an area of 720 cubic miles with expelled magma.
    - As 2 million years pass, the Grand Canyon has slowly been deteriorating, turning into a valley rather than a huge canyon. Actually, the planet looks completely different on the whole.
    - Mars will collide with Phobos, its own moon, 50 million years from today, and this will cause some pretty serious damage to the red planet.
    - Another million years later, our planet will be hit with a lethal burst of radiation. This will be the result of a distant star about 6,500 light years away from Earth dying and exploding into a supernova.
    - Another problem will be the ever-increasing luminosity and power of the Sun. It’ll cause the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere to drop down to such levels that photosynthesis won't be possible anymore.
    - 1 billion years from now, the force of the Sun will increase by 10%. The temperature on the surface of the planet will rise to an average of 117°F.

    8:44 Conclusion

    -------------------------------------------------------------

    Script

Before we look into the future, let’s have a closer look into the past.
The latest results from NASA’s WMAP satellite suggest the universe is 13.75 billion years old. This is with a margin of error of 0.1 billion years. Which makes it clear that trying to gaze into the cosmic crystal ball is always a challenging task. If it’s hard to look into the past, it’s sure going to be a foolhardy exercise to look into the future.

On top of all that, the observable universe is approximately 93 billion light-years in diameter. This means that it would take a beam of light to travel for 93 billion years, from one side to the other. I’m just gonna go out on a limb here to say that it’s impossible to explore the whole universe in one lifetime. For us living beings.

But on the other hand, astronomers, with the help of the Hubble telescope, said they can predict the future of stars and the universe. Not only for a few years. We’re talking 10,000 years into the future. So how did they do it?

Well, astronomers used the Hubble telescope to map the motion of 100,000 stars, in the Omega Centauri cluster. This was happening for over a period of four years. Omega Centauri itself is one of the star clusters in the Milky Way galaxy, and is about 15,000 light years away from Earth.
Anyway, back to Omega Centauri. This star cluster could be seen in the southern sky with a naked eye. In fact, the ancient astronomer Ptolemy even cataloged this as a single star.

And fast forward centuries later, now with the Hubble telescope, astronomers know that it was in fact a compact cluster of stars. Millions of them. And they move like a swarm of bees.

So taking that data taken from 2002 until 2006, astronomers created a simulation of these star’s motions. This was then used as a baseline, to predict the future motion of stars projected over the next thousands of years.

Of course, there is a big uncertainty. Like if this baseline is used for the far future, it should account for the second law of thermodynamics, that the entropy must rise over time for the next billions of years. Who knows if the baseline model still holds true in the far future. With that in mind, please, take the information presented in this video with a grain of salt. But before we go down the list one by one, I’m just gonna spoil what’s gonna happen at the end of this video.

Now let’s sit back in our time machines, relax and start our journey into the far future.

    In 10,000 years.
The red supergiant star named Antares would explode into a supernova due to a shortage of hydrogen in its core. This explosion would be so big that it would be visible on Earth in daylight.

    In 15,000 years.
Earth's axial tilt would be reversed. Because of this, the summer and the winter would occur on the opposite side of our planet. Australia would have their first wintery Christmas for the first time in 20,000 years. But the last time Christmas happened here, there was no Christmas.
Either way, this would also mean that the northern hemisphere would experience a more extreme weather due to a high percentage of land to sea ratio.

    In 20,000 years.
Earth would face a supervolcanic eruption which would be life-threatening and could also wipe out the entire civilization. Imagine the Krakatoa eruption in 1800, now multiply that by 1000 and you’d have that super volcanic eruption. If for example the human kind could survive that, pretty much they would be back to the age with no technological development at all.

    In 100,000 years.
Due to the constant motion of stars in the Milky Way galaxy, many constellations in the sky would be non-visible. Some of them would have a complete change in their geometrical shape. The hyper giant star named VY Canis Majoris would explode into a supernova and the traces of its explosion would leave precious metals like gold and platinum into deep space.

  • What If We Traveled One Billion Years Into the Future? | World After 1Billion Years

    6:59

What If We Traveled One Billion Years Into the Future? | World After 1
    Billion Years
There are many important existential threats to the human race, and if we want to live in a billion
years, we will have to endure them all. We have seen how much we have struggled to come
together just to avoid a global epidemic.
What If WeTraveled One Billion Years Deca-Millennium:
We're going to have a big problem called the Deca-Millennium Bug. At 10,000 AD, the software
that encodes the AD calendar year will not encode more than four decimal places. Remember
Y2K? Yes, that's right. Except we hope we don't panic this time. On the bright side, in 10,000
years, genetic differences and traits between humans will no longer be regional.
What If WeTraveled One Billion Years 50 Million Years Into The Future:
The resulting pit will not be less than 400 km (248 miles). It will start a fire all over the planet
and make the wind unbearable. So, there is something to look forward to. And if that's not
enough, we have the possibility that another superplanka will explode with as much as 3,200
    cubic kilometers (720 cubic
miles) of ash. It will have enough extra production to fill 75% of the Grand Valley. It would be
similar to the eruption of Toba, which wiped out humanity 70,000 years ago.
What If WeTraveled One Billion Years | Panjia Ultima:
This mountain range may include a mountain longer than Mount Everest. In space, Mars will
collide with its moon, resulting in a Saturn-like color system. The Canadian and American
Rockies will be completely gone. All of Hawaii's islands will be underwater.
What If WeTraveled One Billion Years | 1 Billion years Into The Future:
And the rising sun's light would have raised the Earth's temperature so much that it could block
the movement of plate tectonics. Carbon dioxide levels will drop dramatically, and
    photosynthesis will not be possible.
So this is the end of the video “What If You Traveled One Billion Years Into the Future? ”, we
hope you really enjoyed it. Thanks for tuning in

  • People Will Soon Travel to Other Galaxies, Heres When

    8:54

What would happen if the Andromeda Galaxy collided with the Milky Way Galaxy? In 4.5 billion years, our entire Milky Way galaxy will experience an incredible incident. The Andromeda galaxy will hit us at great speed. As a result of the collision, some stars will be thrown into distant space, while others will form new solar systems. But most likely, all life in the new Milkomeda or Milkdromeda galaxy will cease to exist. But let's look to the future and find out what will happen to us people.

Well, humanity decided it was time to leave the Earth, and now we live very far away in another galaxy. There can be an infinite number of planets in the Universe on which humans can theoretically live. One of the main requirements — the planet must orbit the star in its habitable zone. We find similar star systems almost every year, and have recently found the nearest one. It’s Proxima Centauri. There are at least two planets around this red dwarf on which we can build our new home. But the problem is that this system is as far as 4.2 light-years away...

  • What Humans Will Look Like In 1,000 Years

    2:52

There will eventually be a day where prosthetics are no longer just for the disabled. However, it’s not just our outside appearance that will change – our genes will also evolve on microscopic levels to aid our survival.

For example, an Oxford-led study discovered a group of HIV-infected children in South Africa living healthy lives. It turns out, they have a built-in defense against HIV that prevents the virus from advancing to AIDS.

And with gene-editing tools like CRISPR, we may eventually control our genes and DNA to the point where we make ourselves immune to disease and even reverse the effects of aging.

Another way to jump-start the human evolution on a different path is to move some of us to Mars. Mars receives 66% less sunlight than Earth. Which could mean humans on Mars will evolve larger pupils that can absorb more light in order to see. And since Mars’ gravitational pull is only 38% of Earth’s, people born on Mars might actually be taller than anyone on Earth. In space, the fluid that separates our vertebrae expands, which led American aerospace engineer, Robert Zubrin to suggest that Mars’ low gravity could allow the human spine to elongate enough to add a few extra inches to our height.

However, not even a move to Mars could spark the biggest change in human evolution that we may have coming in the next 1,000 years: immortality. The path to immortality will likely require humans to download their consciousness into a machine. Right now, scientists in Italy and China are performing head transplants on animals to determine if you can transfer consciousness from one body to another. They claim their next big step is to transplant human heads.

Whatever happens in the next 1,000 years — whether we merge with machines or become them — one thing is certain: The human race is always changing — and the faster we change and branch out from Earth, the better chance we have of outrunning extinction.

  • What If You Had One Hundred Billion Dollars

    4:39

In 1850, 94% of the world's population lived in extreme poverty. Today, we've managed to bring that number down to roughly 10%. And if this trend continues, we might even succeed in eradicating poverty by 2030.

If that doesn’t tell you that our world is getting richer, then how about this: 2018 saw the emergence of the first billion-dollar man. The idea of that much money is enough to make your head spin. But don’t tell me you’ve never dreamed about it.

  • What Will Happen In The Next 5 Billion Years?

    9:41

As time goes on, inevitable processes will determine the fate of our Sun, Earth, neighboring planets, and the whole Universe itself. Let's have a peek at a future so distant that it's hard to comprehend and try to answer one particularly alarming question: what will happen to us in the next 5 billion years?
The radius of the Sun will be one astronomical unit, which is the distance between the Sun and the Earth. To put that in perspective, right now the Sun’s radius is only 1/215th of an astronomical unit. As is typical of all stars of such a huge size, the Sun will start to cool as it uses up all its energy. The Sun will literally be expelling its atmosphere. As a dramatic result, our Sun will go from a massive giant into a tiny white dwarf.
We’re not exactly sure if or when a volcanic apocalypse will happen, it could be anywhere from 0 to 100 million years from now.
Freezing of the Earth’s core will certainly lead to the demise of all forms of life on our planet. Scientists believe this is probably what happened to Mars.
Fortunately, we have the entire Universe with countless stars and planets that could become a new home for humanity and other earthly species. Chances are that in the next few centuries, people will develop technologies that will allow us to move on in search of new worlds suitable for Earth’s inhabitants.

    Music: New Beginning

    TIMESTAMPS
The future of the Sun 0:55
Several possible disastrous scenarios for the Earth:
    Volcanic apocalypse 4:03
    An asteroid collision 5:00
Freezing of the Earth’s core 5:40
    Gamma-ray bursts 6:20
    An intruding star 6:52
    The expanding Sun 8:04

    SUMMARY
-Over its very long lifetime, the Sun is likely to lose lost a third of its mass, just like L2 Puppis, its exact copy. Before that, in about 5 billion years, our Sun will swell into a red giant, over 100 times its current size.
-In case of a volcanic apocalypse, humans and all other living creatures on Earth will have to deal with deadly space radiation that the ozone used to protect us from.
-While a collision with an asteroid, however big, probably won’t extinguish all life forms on the planet, it could come very close.
-In 3 or 4 billion years, the Earth’s molten liquid core may solidify. In this case, the planet will lose its magnetic field and, consequently, its atmosphere.
-If the Earth is within the vicinity of a gamma-ray burst, it could obliterate our ozone layer, which will lead to the end of everything on the planet.
-In the worst-case scenario, a rogue star will go supernova while passing somewhere near the edges of the solar system, and its ionizing radiation would cause unimaginable harm to us.
-We may lose our planet to the expanding Sun 3 or 4 billions years from now.

  • A Look into the Future - Year 2050

    7:17

The world is advancing at unprecedented rates and by 2050, we can expect to see life on earth change drastically. If this is true, then what can we expect from the future? Lets time travel into world in 2050.

    Nanotechnology
Scientists have already made great leaps in the world of nanotechnology and they remain unrelenting in making more of such progress. Nanotechnology has the potential to change everything, from the way we behave to how we interact with each other.

    Transportation
By 2050, Transportation would have changed immensely. We’re already seeing self-driving cars in their early phases of trial and error, so in three decades, it's safe to say we should have the technology for true self-driving vehicles.

    Space Exploration
One promise that many people are still waiting on is one of space-exploration. Companies like SpaceX and Blue Origin are making strides towards their respective goals of spatial exploration and colonization out of this world.

    Artificial Intelligence
Ai is already much more advanced than it was ten years ago, and it will only continue to witness rapid and exponential developments. Experts like John Maeda believe that AI will have surpassed the processing power of all living brains on Earth in the near future. To properly function in that kind of society, it will be necessary to work together with these new systems to make sure that the preservation of important human values is carried forward.

    Education
Education is another industry that will see a drastic change in the next thirty years. According to experts, at least 90 percent of the student population will be pursuing online degrees by 2050. Unless the world devolves into an apocalypse, education will continue to be more globalized, and more solutions will come that allow more people to receive good education efficiently.

  • TIMELAPSE OF FUTURE TECHNOLOGY: 2022 - 4000+

    17:03

The journey to see future technology starts in 2022, when Elon Musk and SpaceX send the first Starship to Mars - beginning the preparations for the arrival of the first human explorers.

We see the evolution of space exploration, from NASA's Artemis mission, humans landing on Mars, and the interplanetary internet system going online. To the launch of the Starshot Alpha Centauri program, and quantum computers designing plants that can survive on Mars.

On Earth, tech evolves with quantum computers and Neaulink chips. People begin living with bio-printed organs. Humans record every part of lives from birth. And inner speech recording becomes possible.

And what about predictions further out into the future, when humans become level 2 and level 3 civilizations. When NASA's warp drive goes live, and Mars declares independence from Earth. Will there be Dyson structures built around stars to capture their energy. Will they help power computers that can take human consciousness and download it into a quantum computer core. Allowing humanity to travel further out into space.

Quotes about the future from: Arthur C. Clarke, Stephen Hawking, Albert Einstein, and Elon Musk

Just imagine if we could time travel into the future 500 years, this video lets us do just that but from space looking down at the earth. As we move forward in time, we can see the rotation of the Earth start to speed up. We start to time travel faster and 100 hundred years passes every 5 seconds until we reach the year 5020 Ad. We then see how humanity has colonised our solar system and some of our closest exoplanets such as Alpha Centauri.

  • The World In 2050: A Peek Into The Future

    6:27

The year 2050 might seem like a lifetime away, and predicting what the world could look like 30 years from now is no easy task. A lot can change in a single decade, let alone three, however, we do have a few 'clues' that could be painting us a pretty accurate picture.

In today's video, we are looking at what the world will look like in the year 2050. We will take a look at the futur technologies, new ways of transportations such as Uber Elevate, how amazon will deliver their products using drones and much more

So what will the world look like in 2050 in your opinion?

  • What If We Traveled One Billion Years Into the Past?

    8:02

  • What if You Travel 1 Billion Years Into The Future | Earth And Beyond

    11:14

If you traveled 10,000 years into the future, what would planet Earth look like? Would most of its surface be covered in volcanoes? Or would it be frozen in ice? What if you traveled even further, to one million years in the future?

We’ve seen how much we’ve struggled to come together just to survive a global pandemic. So how do we have any chance of enduring the threats of climate change, overpopulation, global nuclear war, killer asteroids and comets, natural ice ages, and the Sun getting a lot hotter? Well, let’s take a look into the future and find out.

    WHAT IF (Hindi+Urdu) ????

  • WHAT IF WE TRAVELED ONE BILLION YEARS INTO THE PAST?

    7:03

Imagine if you'll absorb all of human history within the blink of an eye fixed. Well, from the primary steps on the moon to the primary steps out of the slime, that’s exactly what we are in cosmic terms. But therein short amount of your time, we've done quite a bit.
If you'll travel through time, you'll witness the increase and fall of the various species that existed long before we were here. What would you see if you traveled one billion years into the past?
Did Earth ever appear as if an enormous slushball? How far back would you've got to travel to ascertain the primary humans? And, are we already going extinct?
In a sense, we’re all-time travelers. We travel into the longer term at the speed of 1 second per second. But if you would like to travel backward in time, you’ll get to go faster than the speed of sunshine.
That’s consistent with Einstein. or even some time machine could jump through wormholes, a hypothetical tunnel that connects two different points in space-time.
However you opt to travel through the jumbled mess of your time, you’ll see the consequences than the causes of the foremost powerful forces that shaped our world. With one catastrophe after another, you would possibly leave wondering, what percentage times did the world freeze?
As you watch history unfold, or refold, or whatever, you would possibly be surprised at the toll humanity has taken on this planet in such a brief amount of your time. If you begin in 2021 and move backward, you'd watch the sixth mass extinction event happening immediately.
Known as the Holocene extinction, we are currently living through one of the foremost destructive periods of our time, caused by acts. As humans destroy coral reefs and rainforests, the various wildlife and plants that depend upon these ecosystems die with them.
According to the International Union for Conservation of Nature, 67% of species might be extinct in 100 years. And since most of those extinctions are undocumented, we won’t even realize what we’ve lost until it’s gone. Maybe not even then.
Visit the 18th and 19th centuries, and you'll watch the pollution created by the economic Revolution reversed back to the smokestacks. Cities would shrink down and return their roots as rural farmlands.

In about one billion years, the solar luminosity will be 10% higher than at present. This will cause the atmosphere to become a moist greenhouse, resulting in a runaway evaporation of the oceans. As a likely consequence, plate tectonics will come to an end, and with them the entire carbon cycle.
The sun will reach its read giant phase and eventually it will swallow the entire solar system....

  • Time Travel Back Through 13 Billion Years • A Radio Drama of Astrophysics and Cosmology

    14:13

Did you get a chance to listen to our last episode about our journey back through 4 Billion years of earth’s history? If not, pause this episode and go check it out. I’ll be sure to leave a link below.

This episode is the second part in a series where we will be looking back through the past, a few billion years at a time. If you invented a time machine and began to travel backward, what would you see? How far back could you go? In this episode, we will try to wrap our minds around some planetary science, astrophysics, and cosmology, as we rewind time at one billion years per minute, with the help of a little imagination.

Time travel, moving between different points in time, has been a popular topic for science fiction for decades. Franchises ranging from “Doctor Who” to “Star Trek” to “Back to the Future” have seen humans get in a vehicle of some sort and arrive in the past or future, ready to take on a new adventure. Each come with their own time travel theories. The reality, however, is more
muddled. Not all scientists believe that time travel is possible. Some even say that an attempt would be fatal to any human who chooses to undertake it. So what is time? And are we able to travel through it? In this video we will take a look at the different theories and see what might happen if you could travel in time.
Before we look at this, a quick reminder to give this video a thumbs up if you’re enjoying it and also to subscribe to Brain Impact for more videos just like this one. But now, back to time travel.
